2008-11-07 New maps added: US (Mercator projection) and UK (Regions)

New maps were added to the package:

United states map (made using Mercator projection)

United Kingdom map with regions

Map of New Zealand was updated - it uses Mercator projection now and is more detailed.

All three maps are calibrated and can be used with real longitudes and latitudes.
