The "Flight Routes" example appears quite similar to the example you linked to: http://www.ammap.com/examples/flight_routes

You just need to nest child movies, lines and labels within parent movies. The online documentation mentions it a bit (http://www.ammap.com/docs/v.2/data/structure) and the above example shows even more. Click on the "view data file" link on the example page to see how the data file is structured. You should be able to adapt it from  there. The online example you referred to is set-up the same way - only more labels (text links) on the side.
