Jump to content in balloon when I click link?

Hi,

Is there any way this can be done? If I have a link on some text in a balloon where the link is jumping to the content where a p element has this ID?

        <![CDATA[
             - <a href="#state">State</a> - <a href="#county">County</a> - <a href="#city">City</a> -
             <font size='14' color='#CC0000'>- <p id="state">State</p> -</font>

Unfortunately, no. Flash does not support anchors, I'm afraid.
